New this year to the convention was Krushenkos, which has been hosting casual literary salons at Minnesota SF conventions, and made its first trip to Wisconsin this year. Odyssey Con hosted a workshop, led by Joe Haldeman, in which science fiction and fantasy writers shared their work and received critique. The open mic poetry reading was very popular on Saturday night. OddCon featured performances from the Great Luke Ski! Friday night and after the Masquerade on Saturday.
